Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, so contact us with any questions or comments. We are available Monday through Thursday by email email@example.com from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
If you are not completely satisfied with any portion of your order, please return it within 15 days of original shipment date for a refund (shipping not included). If after 16-30 days you find your product was not satisfactory, please return your item for an exchange(shipping charges may apply). If 30 days have gone by since your item was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Item must be in its original condition i.e. item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them, non-clothing items must still be in original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO BOX 2288, COLLEGEDALE, TN, 37315-2288, United States.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 2288 , COLLEGEDALE, TN, 37315-2288, United States. Include a copy for your receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
